The heating in our Standard Double Room worked effectively, crucial for a comfortable night's sleep in the chilly weather.
Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. The shower screen had noticeable soap scum, and there were remnants left in the toilet, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.

The location was incredible in a nice area, adjacent to beach, restaurants and stores. There were tea and coffee making equipment, a work desk, and a TV in the rooms, which made them brand-new and new-fashioned. The staff were pleasant and supper friendly hole time of my stay.

It was a big room and nice atmosphere,it would be much better if we had a family there too to stay with.
The Dining table and chairs needed to upgrade...maybe they will next time, then it would be much much better room and can charge more.

Comfort and care in tough times
I stayed in a super cozy room with a marshmallow bed! The staff were so kind while I was dealing with my husband's health issues, always ready to help. The place was pretty clean overall, and I was thrilled to find a picnic area outside for some fresh air. Just wish there was a gym for a quick workout.

The unit was well-maintained and newly decorated.
Location: the hotel was adjacent to all the fast food outlets and shops or beach and Melbourne. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Frankston Reservoir.

The bed was clean and cozy, perfect for a quick night's rest. The shower was surprisingly good, too! Location worked well for our plans around Frankston. Only downside was it felt a bit basic, but great value for the price.

choose the room away from the main road will ensure you a quiet night. friendly staff at reception and still see people at reception after 9pm. the way that they forbidden people to have party in the room is very good!! and also the policy for people who smokes, make them pay the cleaning fee of the room if smoking in the room, fantastic!

I enjoyed my stay at Frankston Motel because even though the facilities are quite basic (not rough basic, just budget friendly), it served the purpose of putting a roof over the heads of myself and my family. What really stood out, however, was the great swimming pool. Not massive, just fun for everyone to splash in in the middle of summer.
Location - not too complicated, but I would suggest looking it up thoroughly on google first. (Doesn't count if you have GPS)

We were not able to check in until after reception had closed and the motel phoned us to make arrangements for a late check in which were fine.
The double bed was a bit small for two adults!

Good service, very helpful especially with the late check in. Cheers
Not walking distance from malls or beach.
